(1) If the certificate or insurance agent surveyor or broker's license issued in accordance with this regulation is lost, torn, destroyed for any reason or if there is no place to renew it and another one has to be obtained, the relevant insurance agent or insurance agent surveyor or broker shall pay a fee for a copy of such certificate or license. One hundred rupees should be attached and the application should be submitted to the office of the committee in the format as per schedule-16.
(2) If an application for a copy is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the committee shall give a copy of such certificate or license to the applicant concerned.
